Located in downtown Durham, this 11.19 acre property is slated for a mixed use development. This property was occupied by an automotive dealership, maintenance garage and auto body shop since 1973. Four structures currently occupy the site. The structures include the University Ford showroom and office building, University KIA showroom and office building, the maintenance and repair building, and the paint and auto body building. The repair shop and body shop utilized 48 service stations and 38 auto body shop bays, respectively.

ASE has provided initial due diligence for this site including Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and an asbestos survey for this property. Subsequent services for its redevelopment have included a soil gas survey, and ongoing Brownfield consulting services.
