Projects
Located in the American Tobacco Historic District in Durham, North Carolina, the American Tobacco Campus (ATC) is home to one of the largest historic preservation and redevelopment projects in North Carolina. Established in 1874, this one million-square-foot complex was the headquarters for one of the largest tobacco companies in the world.

These services include but are not limited to indoor air quality services, mold, asbestos, and lead paint surveys and abatement, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, underground storage tank (UST) closures, impacted soil removal, and Brownfield consulting. ASE continues to provide on call services for this project including management of two active and one pending State Brownfield sites and providing all environmental needs for the ongoing redevelopment and maintenance of the site.
